ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far, the respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
4. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
