This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.290 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.21 of 2018 by order dated 11.01.2018, directing the petitioner to appear before the XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions, Chennai-1 on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Mr.B.Mohan, learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear once in six (6) months before the XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, relating to Banks and Financial Institutions, Chennai-1, commencing from November 2024.
