The petition has been filed to relax the condition (a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on them in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.22777 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months.
