The petitioner has filed this petition directing to dispose the GWOP.No.1171 of 2022 on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the mother of the minor children / 1st respondent is residing at USA and now the minor daughters are under the care of maternal grandfather. So necessity arose for him to take care of the children. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal of the petition.

4. Considering the fact that now the two minor children are under the care of the grand parents, and he wants to take care of his children. The reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable.

5. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and both the parties are directed to co-operate for the trial proceedings.

6. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
