This petition has been filed to relax the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.20267 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 in Para No.6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every alternative days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also directed to co-operate for enquiry.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the nature of offence and also other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned TNPID Court on every first working day of English Calendar month until further orders.
