This criminal original petition is filed to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.189 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners not an accused in the said Crime No.189 of 2023.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petition stands dismissed.
