The Civil Revision Petition has been as against the fair and decreetal order dated 09.01.2017 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi, in I.A.No.1815 of 2016 in O.S.No.145 of 2016, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to implead him as party to the proceeding.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself dismissed and hence the prayer sought for in this present petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present civil revision petition.

Recording submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
