JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is preferred against the order of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore dated 05.05.2017 in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2012.

2.As directed by us, both the appellant and the respondent are present along with their counsel. After some discussion, the following consensus has been arrived at:

1.The appellant is not pressing for any benefit including the one accrued to her pursuant to the orders of this Court.

2.The appellant has agreed to confirm the divorce decree granted in favour of the respondent.

3.There will not be any more proceedings inter se between the appellant and the respondent.

4.The respondent would execute a settlement deed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in favour of the minor daughters over the property of about 13 cents situated at Ellapalayam junction. 5.The respondent would execute such a deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

6.The appellant would permit the respondent to visit the minor daughters on one Sunday of every month. 7.The aforesaid agreed terms would come into force only after the compliance of the execution of settlement deed by the respondent.

3.The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.

4.The matter stands posted 'for reporting compliance' on 21.02.2020, on which date, the respondent shall bring the settlement deed and handover the same to the appellant. We make it clear that the settlement deed should reflect the name of the appellant as the guardian of the minor daughters.
