This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed vide order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16388 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022 directing the petitioner/10th Accused to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 04.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
