O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.I.Lakshmana Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 1\4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial was begun in the year 2021, and posted for P.W.1 cross examination. He further submitted that the revision petitioner is husband filed OP in the year 2021 and wife also filed a counter claim. After commencement of the trial there is no progress. Hence, he prays for speedy disposal.

4. As per the E-Court status, the case is pending from the year 2021. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
