The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.654 of 2023 which is now pending before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai. Charges have been framed under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act.

2.It is stated that A1 and A2 were found in possession of 10 kgs of Ganja near a school and also had a black colour school bags with them. 3.Since the trial has to start, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
