PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

ORDER

The petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass. The case is under investigation against this petitioner regarding the property and falsification of documents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on summons the petitioner appeared on 14.10.2023 and has produced the documents available with him. The enquiry is in progress and the petitioner had agreed to appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required.

3. In light of the above facts, if the petitioner presence is required, the Investigation Officer shall cause summons for appearance and on his appearance, the enquiry shall be conducted in accordance with law without violating the fundamental right of the petitioner.
