This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed as the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21018 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
