2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that possession of the property has been delivered to the respondents. Hence the petition has become infructuous and nothing survives as of now.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
