The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.09.2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A)ii of TNP Act r/w Section 328 of IPC, in Crime No.417 of 2023, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 105 litres of ID arrack.

3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that there are three previous cases of similar nature against the petitioner. The investigation is still pending.
