This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13811 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, on first and third Monday of every month, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
