2.This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the electric post lain in the petitioner housing land in Survey No.3B/2, admeasuring to the extent of 20 cents housing plot, in Nallampakkam Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District by considering the representation dated 10.08.2017.

3.Considering the facts, that the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 has not been considered by the respondent, I dispose the writ petition without expressing any merits in the case. The respondents are directed to dispose the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
