Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed by permitting the applicant /plaintiff to amend the prayer as 'restore the T.O.S. No. 6 of 1993, which is dismissed for non-prosecution on 02.09.2024' instead of 'to restore the Application in T.O.S. No. 6 of 1993.

4. Amendments be carried out in two weeks.
