This application has been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court in the petition and order copy as, District munsif cum Judicial Magistrate court, Potonovo instead of Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore in Crl.O.P.No.26581 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.26581 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
