Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2019 and dispose the same in a time bound manner. O R D E R

1.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2019 and dispose the same in a time bound manner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a teacher under the employment of Panchayat Union Primary School in Pariyamangalam, Vellore District. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Tribe community and a first generation in her family having educated and she became eligible to appear for examinations being conducted by the Government for appointment. On 25.10.2014, she received appointment letter after successfully qualifying teacher training examination. Since the petitioner suffering from various aliments and having four years kid, she seeks transfer to Virudhunagar. She made a representation on 04.09.

2019 requesting to transfer her from Panchayat Union Primary School Pariyamangalam, Vellore District to Viruhunagar district. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite her representation, seeking for transfer, the respondents have not considered her representation and have not taken any action till date. Hence, the petitioner before is this Court.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2019 and to pass appropriate orders.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents conceded to the request as submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel would submit that if this Court directs the respondents to consider the dispose of the representations made by the petitioner, the same would be complied with and the representation would be disposed of in accordance with law. 6.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
