V.Santhosh Kumar v. State Rep. By
Crl.O.P.No.24429 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.24429 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
The petitioner/A10 seeks bail in Crime No.977 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 302 of IPC r/w Section 3 of Indian Explosive Act, 1908.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's car was hired by third parties, who had committed the actual murder but however, it is contended on behalf of the respondent that it is a retaliation murder.
3. The deceased had earlier murdered one Stephen and owing to that, the accused persons had committed the crime by throwing bomb.
4. Taking into consideration the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. If there is any change in circumstance, then an application seeking bail can be considered. 19.10.2023 ata https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
