O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 4 from issuing any patta with respect to the subject property to the private respondents in the light of the suit that is pending in O.S.No.215 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Hosur. 2/4

2.Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3.In the considered view of this Court, a substantial suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. In the meantime, an attempt has been made to get patta for the property. The petitioner has given some objection in this regard. As and when, the application filed for patta is entertained and enquired, the objections given by the petitioner shall also be taken into account before passing the final orders. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.
