ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from conducting concert being organized without necessary permission at Seekinamkuppam, East Coast Road, Chengalpet, going to be held on 23.08.2025, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the entire concert went on in a peaceful manner by following the terms and conditions imposed by the Police and that no undue hardship was faced by the persons living in and around the place, where the concert was held. 3.The 5 th respondent has also filed a compliance affidavit along with all the relevant documents.
