This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.341 of in Crl.O.P.No.22783 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on monthly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
