When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had been detained as 'Drug Offender', as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, by an order dated 02.10.2024 in No.171/BCDFGISSSV/2024.

2.Recording the above submission of the learned Government (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
