This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 25.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.16369 of 2023 to report before the concerned Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and on the date of hearing.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, weekly once, till completion of trial and apart from the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
