The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent are present.

C.R.P.(PD).No.3639 of 2017 S.KANNAMMAL.J., gbi already disposed of, the trial Court by passing a preliminary decree on 18.02.2019.
3.It is also submitted that on 14.02.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, reported no instructions. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent and since the matter has already been settled between the parties, no adjudication of the matter is required in this petition.
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
