ORDER
The petitioner seeks for compassionate appointment in this writ petition.
2.A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating that 1/4
there are 121 persons above the petitioner's seniority and only after considering their requests, the petitioner's request for compassionate appointment will be considered.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if the statement of the respondents is recorded and a direction is issued to them to act accordingly. 4.Accordingly, after recording the statement of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for compassionate appointment, on merits and in accordance with law once the case of 121 persons, who are ahead of the petitioner's seniority, has been considered by the respondents.
