Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes for respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed as against respondents 6 and 7, notice to those respondents is dispensed with. Page Nos.2/6

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct proper enquiry against 6th and 7th respondents and to cancel Patta bearing No.712/2018, dated 13.08.2018 and pass suitable orders, by considering his representation dated 18.09.2023

3. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Page Nos.3/6

Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2023, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, including respondents 6 and 7 herein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
