This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20361 of 2023 to report before the learned Sessions Judge at Villupuram, on all working days until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge at Villupuram, weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday till completion of trial, except unavoidable circumstances and shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge at Villipuram, on all hearing dates.
