PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondents, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pulianthope, Chennai and The Sub-Inspector of Police, P-2, Otteri Police Station, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any notice.

ORDER

The petition is filed to direct the 2 & 3rd respondent police not to harass. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is a family dispute between the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein, in view of which police harassing him.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on receipt of the complaint from one Sakunthala, the police went to the house of the petitioner. After recording the statement of the petitioner, they have closed the complaint.

3. In view of the above facts, nothing survives and this petition is dismissed.
