2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has no instructions from the petitioner and she made an endorsement to that effect, in the case bundles.
3.This CRP is of the year 2017. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he has no instructions from the petitioner, this court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any more. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim stay granted by this Court stands vacated. No costs.
