[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2024 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner's son Kamesh @ Kameshwaran son of Eswaran aged about 29 years to 4th respondent prison.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's request has already been considered. The Director General of Prisons and Correctional Services issued an order of transfer in proceedings dated November 18, 2024.

3. Since the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, no further adjudication is necessary, and this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
