This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.21 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 34, 120B, 506(ii), 420 and 364 of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.21 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 16.03.2017 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi.
