ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2019 seeking to survey his Grama Natham property in New Survey No.340/16 and Old Survey No.340/5 part admeasuring to an extent of 350 square meter situated at Villiambakkam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in patta No.211.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father namely Rangapillai is the absolute owner and the subject property is ancestral in nature. After the death of the petitioner's father, the same been inherited by the petitioner with other coparceners. The patta No.211 has been issued by the first respondent in the name of the petitioner along with other shareholders. Now, Page No. 2 of 5
all of them intending to divide the property by way of partition. He has also given an representation dated 29.04.2019 enclosing the challan paying the fees, but so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
3. Mr.K.Suresh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that necessary action will be taken on the representation given by the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2019, conduct a detailed inquiry, after giving due notice to both the parties and opportunity of personal hearing to the both parties and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law, by observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
