The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.195 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been falsely implicated as an accused in Crime No.195 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC for an occurrence which had taken place on 07.09.2023. He is innocent. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the accused persons and the defacto complainant are history sheetors. There are as many as 21 previous cases pending against the petitioner herein. It is further stated that the defacto complainant was waylaid by the accused persons and injuries were caused.

4. Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
