Mr.R.Prasanna Rajan, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners is before the Court and Ms.Manusri, representing Mr.K.Prahlad Bhat, the learned counsel on record for the respondents 1, 2 and 3 is before the Court through video conference mode.

2.Mr.R.Prasanna Rajan, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that the original suit in OS.No.132 of 2018 on the file of the Munsif Court, Madurantakam was decreed in favour of the revision petitioner on 07.02.2024.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle. The scanned reproduction of the endorsement is as follows:

4.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
