This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.2013 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23776 of 2022 dated 14.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., for a further period of four months and thereafter, the condition is relaxed.
