Defendants PRAYER: Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code praying for a judgment and decree against the defendants as follows:

a) For a declaration declaring that the defendants do not have any legal right, power or authority to make release, to publish, exhibit publicly or privately, sell, enter into film festival, promote, advertise or produce in any format or medium wholly or partially the film or any tele serial or web serial in the name of Dr.J.Jayalalitha, the Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu or otherwise drama, serial or any other literary or artistic expression in respect of the life of Dr.J.Jayalalitha and / or her family members and their direct descendants without the consent of the plaintiff; b) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, servants etc., from in any manner whatsoever making, releasing, 1/4

publishing, exhibiting publicly or privately selling, promoting or advertising or entering into film festival or otherwise producing in any format any film, drama, serial, teleserial, web serial or any other literary or artistic expression in respect of the life of Dr.J.Jayalalitha, the Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and / or her family members and their direct descendants without the consent of the plaintiff;

c) costs of the suit.
