Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondent from further proceedings pertaining to the property situated at Coimbatore District, Singanallur Taluk, Uppilipalayam Village, SF.No.45/452/2, 453/2 bearing site No.15 which is an extent of 1755 sq.fts of land and in same village SF No.230, RK.Naidu Layout bearing D.No.93 in Kavetty Layout belonged to the petitioners pending disposal of the appeal bearing IA.No.3146/2023 in SA Dairy No.1542/2023 on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal at Coimbatore.
