This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 15.07.2025 in M.P.No.26 of 2024 in E.P.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original certified copy of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in M.P.No.26 of 2024 in E.P.No.24 of 2018 by the Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Tiruchirappalli.
