It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent police is not entertaining the complaint preferred by her and avoiding the same for one reason or the other. The petitioner is directed to adhere to the guidelines specified by the Division Bench with reference to the abovesaid issue as reported in 2018-2-L.W.(crl)489 (G.Prabakaran Vs.The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another).
