This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.577 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent/the Inspector of Police, E-5, Sholavaram Police Station, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.577 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ponneri on 03.03.2023 and the same is not taken on file.
