The grievance of the petitioner is that, they are arrayed as A5 & A6 in Crime No.25 of 2021 investigated by the Inspector of Police, Panruti. Though the final report alleged to have been filed before the Additional Mahila Court (Magesterial Level), Cuddalore in December 2022, same not been taken on file for further proceedings and for more than one year, matter is pending for taking the report on file.
2. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the Investigating Officer is directed to verify whether final report filed is taken on file or returned for any defect. If it is returned for any defect, same may be rectified and represented within seven days. The learned Additional Mahila Court (Magesterial Level), Cuddalore is directed to verify whether the final report is filed in order and if it is in order to proceed further without any further delay.
3. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
