PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to refund the security deposit made by the petitioner for LPG Bulk Transportation Tender in PCVO No.2773 of 1996-97 with interest.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to refund the security deposit made by the petitioner for LPG Bulk Transportation Tender in PCVO No.2773 of 1996-97 with interest. 2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the caution deposit paid to the respondent has not been reimbursed. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner is unable to ascertain whether any application has been filed by the writ petitioner in this regard. 3.May that it be, this Court is of the opinion that it is suffice if an opportunity is given to the petitioner to make an application claiming refund of the caution deposit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to submit a representation along with required documents to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.On receipt of any such application from the writ petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
