This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20135 of in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2022, dated 06.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.
