This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the M-4 Redhills police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14516 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14627 of 2023, dated 27.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till the examination of the defacto complainant and thereafter during the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
