PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Ceritiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminating in the order dated 1.12.2017 bearing R.C. No.8819/C1/2016 rejecting the bid of the petitioner and consequent Letters of Acceptance dated 2.11.2017 both bearing R.C. No.8819/C1/2016 for the supply and Delivery of School Bags to the School Children in Tamil Nadu on Annual Rate Contract Basis for the Year 2017-2018 to respondents 3 and 4 and the consequent purchase orders issued to respondents 3 and 4 dated 21.11.2017 and 23.11.2017 respectively both bearing R.C. No.8819/C1/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to consider the petitioner price bid in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the tender bearing Ref. R.C. No.8819/C1/2016 for the Supply and Delivery of School bags to the School Bags to the School Children in Tamil Nadu on Annual Rate Contract Basis for the year 2017 - 2018 and thereafter award the tender to the petitioner.
