The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to make the payments for the Invoice Nos.100327 dated 25.01.2000 and 706460 dated 01.02.2000 for the PCVO No.7470 with interest.
2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the respondent has not paid a sum of Rs.46,102.24/- towards the invoice Nos.100327 dated 25.01.2000 and 706460 dated 01.02.2000 for the PCVO No.7470. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner is unable to ascertain whether any application has been filed by the writ petitioner in this regard.

3.May that it be, this Court is of the opinion that it is suffice if an opportunity is given to the petitioner to make an application claiming the payment for the above said invoice numbers. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to submit a representation along with required documents to the respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.On receipt of any such application from the writ petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
