ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate

appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents have no power to cancel the documents, since Section 77A and 68(2) of the Registration Act has been struck down by this Court and that may be a reason for petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
